    Just glancing through here and stumbled across this.

    To answer directly, yes you would because whether abortion is legal or not those women are are not given the choice to whether they wanted to end their pregnancy.

    You would be violating the women's right to privacy and control of their own bodies as much as the reasoning behind Roe V Wade said that not allowing abortion was a violation to those same rights.

    Not sure why there is even a discussion now. The Supreme Court of the United States already slapped the mouths of everyone who was railing against abortion. They can b****, moan, complain, defend their incorrect assumptions all they want. At the end of the day, they're wrong, and they have to live with that.

    Things change. Slavery was legal at one time. Women could not vote. Babies used to be safe. Thank you for being so open- and fair-minded!

    I'm all for it, whatever poor people have to tell themselves to keep killing their children off before they can become burdens to society.
