Suggestions for Shoulder exercises

    I suggest you don't lift heavy then.. If you feel pain, stop immediately... thats my 2 cents.

    I would suggest let your shoulder lean.

    There are plenty of websites that can demonstrate very good exercises for your shoulders, but I honestly believe that you need to get it fixed, before you damage it worse.

    I don't have any exercises to add to what has been suggested.

    If you have problems in the joint, try Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfate.

    I do. It's kinda pricey, but it works wonders for me.

    lol internets...

    To the op - you might want to try using 5 lb dumbbells and do lateral deltoid raises. I haven't worked out my shoulders (or back for that matter) in months maybe even in a year. The desire to lift weights is about gone for me. :(
