hey clutch, i'm not sure what other folks on the board would think of it, but i was wondering if y'all ever toyed with the idea of having the last five pages of a thread (with a link to the first) displayed instead of the first five pages of a thread (with a link to the last).

    1. last five pages of a thread (with a link to the first):

    2. first five pages of a thread (with a link to the last):

threads that have gone on forever and ever (or breaking news threads where the page count erupts), you're immediately zoomed to the last page and have to keep going back several pages to where you left off. or for the "summer activity" threads of various players, it would be easier to go the last pages to see the updates rather than starting off at the beginning of the thread or going to the last page.

i dunno. small taters, but seems like it would be a tad bit eaiser... maybe?

You know you can jump to the first new post in a thread since the last time you visited, right?
