Why wouldn't someone in charge of designing Color Rush uniforms think first, before coming up with the colors. It is as if there was no coordination going on between decision makers for the Thursday Night Football games. The Texans and Patriots both have blue Color Rush uniforms so we won't be wearing ours according to the #COLORRUSH article in the Houston Chronicle. Stupid is as stupid does. So, thanks for the heads up article we will now no why, but may still be scratching our heads wondering why.
The Texans aren't the only team either. Theres about 4 or 5 other teams that can't wear their color rush uniforms because of similar reasons. It was terrible planning by the NFL. Personally I wish the Texans had just done red as their color rush.
Why not just redesign them, then? Why do they need so much time to approve and manufacture them? It could be done in like 2-days.
