    Mathematical Proof

    Universally Accepted Axiom:
Coaches are indistinguishable if each of their teams are about equally talented and perform about equally.

    Given that during 2022-23 season:
    1. Rockets Player Talent ≈ Spurs Player Talent
    2. Rockets Player Experience ≈ Spurs Player Experience
(NBA Roster Survey: Facts to know for the 2022-23 season | NBA.com)
Average Age: Rockets 23.58 yrs vs Spurs 23.84 yrs
Average Seasons of Experience: Rockets 2.29 seasons vs Spurs 3.06 seasons
    3. Rockets ORTG 110.0 (28th) ≈ Spurs ORTG 110.0 (29th)
    4. Rockets DRTG 118.9 (29th) ≈ Spurs DRTG 119.7 (30th)
    5. Rockets vs Spurs Head to Head: 1-2
    6. Rockets Record (14-49) ≈ Spurs Record (16-48)
Therefore: Stephen Silas ≈ Gregg Popovich

How is this mathematical? You're just throwing out that the players are equally talented, they can easily be playing at the same level because Silas is bringing them down to that same level. We have 2 recent top 2/3 picks starting , how many do the Spurs have? Comparing average age does not really reflect similar talent, you are better off looking at rotation players and draft position, ours vs. theirs.

Once a lifetime experience is seeing the worst coach of all time vs the best coach of all time.

    Enjoy the moment y’all.

Real question though … how does Popovich have the worst defense in the league all season?

Thats called tanking... you should know it as a Rockets fan.

It was amazing how suddenly Silas made correct substitutions, left guys playing good in the court...

The recipe? You plan to win the game before it even starts
