pick a different stat. Picking HRs is like picking PPG. 3-pointers is more analogous to something like SBs. Still interesting/important, but not the absolute core of the game. And based on a singular skill (shooting/speed) with some required side-skills (handles and IQ/getting on base). But yes, 190+ SBs in a season would be insane
The crazy thing is, they prob only had one or two legit losses. Detroit and mavs. At least 3 losses were due to schedule fatigues/back2backs with injuries. They also almost won vs Denver. And they beat everybody when they had to, so far. Haven't lost a single statement game yet, but instead tended to blow them out by 30 -.- Their performance so far is truly unprecented, at least better than the Bulls run which lots of us can claim we saw.
Blazers beat this team by 30 and the Warriors were at full strength with no fatigue. Could be a sign of things to come especially if the Blazers can sign the right free agents in the offseason. This will be the best rivalry in the coming years.
Getting trounced by the Lakers and then barely beating the Magic at home is a possible sign of decline.
True, but nobody is perfect. All heroes have a weakness, but having the strength to pull thru adversity is all that matters - which I believe the Warriors possess.

Curry was horrible again tonight against the Jazz, yet the Warriors won by over 20 points. This proves that Curry is system player that depends on All Star players like Draymond and Klay. Klay was flat out unstoppable. 5 for 8 from three's. If Curry wasn't holding Klay back, Klay would average 35 points a game
Didn't watch it. But in what game is he not ridiculous? Honestly curious, what Jeeezus thing did he do tonight vs the pels?

The catch and shoot 3 was insane from the corner. What a release. The handling, body control and finish on some of the layups is absurd too
As has probably been pointed out already, even if he dropped dead today, he would already have to be considered the best shooter (including 3-pt shooter) of all time. Yeah, longevity is nice, but what he's doing right now is ridiculous enough to be worth an entire Ray Allen or Reggie Miller career.
He seriously might make 400 3's... That's so ridiculous that I'm even uttering that sentence. Imagine if someone had said 5 years ago that someone would make 400 3's in a season.
This. I think he will be a top 3 scorer of all time and i already believe he is the greatest shooter ever. However, like the poster above, i dont think he gets in to the top 10 players of all time because he is not an elite defender. It was telling that after he made the 35 footer to take the lead against okc a week ago that he was not on the court for the last defensive possession of the game.
The insane thing is how he makes these shots. The release was so incredibly quick and a step back, how can he even accurately aim in that instance?
