I would love to get butler! He's awesome. He works his ass off both ends of the court! He was right about the Timberwolves! He's right about the 76ers. Come home Tomball Jimmy!

You guys have said this about every new player that has come here (especially in the past year), and yet, they haven't.

Everyone that’s come here has set their career high in 3pt makes.

I’m actually not even sure what you’re talking about.

Besides Melo who hasn’t thrived playing for MDA or with Harden?

Even James ennis who ppl hated was shooting a respectable 38% from three here.

Only guy who’s clearly underperformed since coming here is shumpart and he’s got an excuse with his nagging injuries.

Ennis and respectable 3pt threat? I mean opponents were leaving him wide open and was laughing at his airballs, if someone is making 38% from WIDE OPEN CORNERS without closeouts that is **** of a percentage. It's not like Hardens off the dribble stepback fade aways 38%

If he wants the max cap, why we don't get Durrant , AD or Kawaii Leonard. If we don't have money, I prefer to retain Eric Gordon

There is no report. But if it was to happen, we know the process and machinations of it.

Then you have to ask yourself why Morey has some *confidence* in being able to make it happen. One could surmise there has been at least some back channel chatter. Will it happen? Who knows?

That video is from last offseason. None of that stuff applies anymore. Butler has long since been traded from Minny and Thibs is no longer running a team.

That may be, but Lakers have a lot of rumors swirling around the league right now that they're going to chase hard after Jimmy Butler if they can't land anyone in the top-7.

Honestly butler was made for this team in plugs our number 1 need. He is a no brainer in my eyes...

He a 3 n d guy that's a play maker at the 3 spot. Like what else are we looking for

Philly is going to make signing Tobias a priority.....moreso than Jimmy, in fact.

Why would we get jimmy butler? Can he space the floor to let harden work.. no.

Eric gordon and capela are the reason the offense works, if you can't see that your blind.
Priorities are retain gordon, add a wing that can defend the durant's/beals of the world and play small ball 4 and shoot/rebound.
Trade gordon get butler and watch the offense implode

Morey knows what he's doing and maybe he sees something that we dont aka that eric will leave for sure and that JB may be the best replacement going forward if there is no chance of keeping EG.

I'd rather have two role players than JB. I'd rather have an ariza and EG equivalent player, were adding too many 'Stars' and we dont have the guys that win us games by defending/getting rebounds/elite shooters that create offense.

Instead of pursuing Jimmy Butler, work to sign Austin Rivers and Kenneth Faried for next season. Also, negotiate with Danuel House so he suits up for Rockets, not the Rio Grande Vipers.

If Rivers, Faried and House are locked up for next season, no need for Butler and Shumpert. maybe Gerard Green as well.

Some posters here are concerned that Rivers and Faried are gone, has to keep House and Green.

    Shumpert is trash and expensive.

How do you like that 8 game win streak and 3rd place seeding?
