    LOL!

Hopefully their parents allow them to have this attitude and release some of this "but you need to score" NFL mentality and instill in them that A PASS is a beautiful thing.

    Memories here are very short.

How about Brasil’s 8 year stretch from 1994 through 2002

    1994 World Cup Champions
    1995 Copa America Runners-up
    1997 FIFA Confederations Cup Champions
    1997 Copa America Champions
    1998 World Cup Runners-up
    1999 Copa America Champions
    1999 FIFA Confederations Cup Runners-up
    2002 World Cup Champions

    So to recap

2 WC titles (1 Second place finish)
2 Copa America titles (1 second place finish)
1 Confederations Cup title (1 second place finish)

    Vs

    1 WC title
    2 Euro titles

Spain has been the best the last 4 years but to call them the best of all time is laughable at this point.

    Nice garbage evidence Stern.

You do know that the Brazil roster from 94 and the team that won in 02 where basicly two different teams right? They had a few legends left from 94 but for the most part it was a new team.

This Spanish team is THE same MINUS it's best striker and best defender. They still won this time. You take Ronaldo off the 02 squad and watch what happens. Don't post Copa America titles. That's like lifting a consilation prize.

Spain has not allowed a goal in knockout games since 2006. FACT!!

I'm curious about this claim. Can you tell me where this is posted? I asked before but he didn't reply.

Reeko, do you meant the post that you lived there for 7 years? Is that it, or are your parents from there and/or do you have a Spanish passport? If you're willing to do the trash talking then you should be able to clearly explain your Spanish allegiance. Just for clarification.

He picked them because they are good, so he can gloat. Not much to gloat about when it comes to the national team of El Salvador.

I wasn't born in El Salvador and my Dad didn't even teach me how to play soccer. I learn and started playing Soccer on a beach in Palamos Spain when I was 12. Stayed there for 4 years with my aunt and uncle came back to the USA (born here) to go to high school and went back right after for a few years.

My Cousin was on the El Salvador National team though ATW so that makes my happy for him.

I studied in Barca in 2007...I don't go cheering for them.

hahahah...just busting your chops man....El Salvador will never have a chance and the USA lacks imagination.

I'm just tired of hearing about this Spain team being the greatest of all time. That's crazy talk. I wasn't born till 85 but i've seen all the Brasil 1970 WC games and i still haven't seen a better side play ball.

Like i said the 2008 Spanish team is stronger than this current version IMO

You are obviously free to root for whomever you want to, but you don't have to be an ass about it and get on everyone's nerves while doing so.

What can I say? I didn't have a great ****ing childhood ATW. Not being with my family over there now to celebrate sucks. I admit. I get emotional. I'm seeing someone for that though :)

I'm sorry as well then. I always liked your posts. And what can I say, the teams you are supporting obviously ARE the best teams in the world right now.

And Barcelona is a fantastic city.

Thanks. It's too bad I can't afford having a life there. It is a sad state of affairs in Spain. I get too excited or too down. I'm weird.

I like your posts outside of this forum reeko, but I think

reeko to Spain/Barca is the same as Sactown to the Heat.

when they lose they dissapear, but when they won, they gloat and annoy everybody.

Can I be included in the Barca/Spain fan base that has been here regardless of how they do.

Of course it's been a while since I have had heartache lol ;) Well not winning La Liga didn't help.

As much as this season hurt its nothing compared to the late 90's when Luis Figo left.
