    i have Comcast never had any real issues, internet and cable has been flawless today.

    I must be lucky, for years I've had Comcast and Time Warner at one point.
    Ive never had any real issue.

    Verizon FIOS is where it's at, but AT&T will never allow that here in Houston.

    ah, that explains it. FIOS is crazy good.

    Went to visit a cousin in NY a few years ago, got like 41 mbps down and 5 up.

    **** Comcast. **** them to hell.
    Every time I call or chat with them they always blame it on an outage or on me. I ask them the ETA on getting that outage fixed and they tell me some bull**** about confidential information.

    Add this Houston internet outage to my already three months of 50% uptime? ****.
    For the past 8 hours I've had to deal with timing out every other webpage I try to open. And the greatest thing about all this is they won't even reimburse me for anything. No free channel, no $20 credit, nothing. Just bull****.
