    Did I see her play merry-go-round with a bunch of cops?

    Are they not smart enough to block her from the other direction especially if there are multiple cop cars?

    That is Tom & Jerry or Bugs Bunny stuff.....

    BTW, judging by the video, she was in control of the vehicle and made decisions, bad ones at that. I cant see how anyone can defend her.
