JR Smith would be the perfect Tank Commander.

These guys want max salary in July. That is the reason they could be available.

No. I keep trying to talk myself into it but I just wouldn't. It presents the problem that apache was talking about.

All 3 of our max players would be guards.

I love gerald, but to say hes doing good is not what I'm seeing.

I'm glad he had a good game but he hasn't been good this year and he barely plays because of it.

I'm fine with harden playing af, hes long and strong. Also SFs are universally slower than guards and dont drive as often.

This Helps harden because he cant prevent dribble penetration with his lack of lateral quickness, and hes plenty strong enough to make up for any size disadvantage.

MKG isn’t a great shooter but he can hit from the corner

What was the average number of shots that he attempted in most games? Any highlights of his shooting would be welcomed.

Wish I could share your enthusiasm but I can’t. The only reason I can think of in replacing Gerald Green from the lineup
is to bring in a KCP (hypothetical player you can’t flip at the trading deadline) with the objective of trading
Eric Gordon at the trading deadline. Eric Gordon contract possibly netting some SF help. You are looking at a zero net
    gain or negative.

Harden playing harder on defense against some of the best SF’s in the league also known as the West forces
Harden to exert more energy which in turn drains Harden from carrying the team offensively. The players
you bring in better offset the sluggish Harden offensive. Not worth the risk.......or he plays matador defense
    and allows turnstile production defensively.

Rockets offense is tied for 7th in ORtg. Not exactly what the Rockets need fixing. The defense is rated 26th
with its DRtg. I’m guessing defensive efficiency numbers are similar. The reason I mentioned multiple 1st round
picks is because people told me I needed to use 4 future 1st rd picks to move Ryan Anderson. Rockets using
Melton came off easy in that deal. Allows Rockets to use future 1st to make a desperation deal as soon as this
Saturday. I’m not against them doing just that for Wings. With Ennis out, you will see just how important SF’s
mean in this league. I can name all the successful teams in this league right now and they all have something
    in common......Small Forwards.

The rest is just fools gold. We shall agree to disagree on this.

just a little tidbit continuation @BigMaloe

Gerald Green not playing well. Guess you haven’t seen KCP lately.

Gerald is one of the most popular Rockets among teammates and fans. Removing him from the rotation or trading him would completely fracture the Rockets team. Most players will revolt......and fans will
    be pissed. Just saying.

Just passing on what I was told.

Hoiberg gone because he couldn’t control his players. Boylen in and claims he is trying to establish aPopovich style of coaching (he tells everyone he coached with Pop) and Parker has been singled out by Boylen as the problem and Paxson agrees... so Parker gets to sit while the Bulls try to trade him, while they claim they don’t have to trade him.
