    I wonder if that was a Sally Cruikshank animation. She is best known for doing Quasi at the Quackadero. I know she did some work for Sesame Street and she always had that trippy style in all of her work.

    And FYI, this girl was on Electric Company; one of the hottest women I've seen. Fun fact: She was the the one who always said "Hey you guys!" which was also used in "Goonies."
