I figured that I would make an SEC thread for those of us who are SEC fans. I don't think that there are enough Alabama, LSU, Arkansas fans to create our own personal team thread. Should be a fun year! My opinion is that the winner of the LSU/Bama game in November will be in the BCS Championship game. Let's make it six straight boys! Also, A&M you are not in the SEC yet so don't come here. So please leave the A&M to the SEC discussion in the other thread unless you're talking about the Arkansas/A&M game. Thanks!
Whats up with Mississippi State? I watched them nearly knockoff Auburn last year and everyone seemed to forget about em'. I'm excited to see what Weis & Muschamp have in store.
not worried about them at all. We've beaten them by a combined score of 61-13 in the past two years when they were suppose to be a "Trap game" for us.
Yeah Lacy looked pretty good yesterday. Although they both threw two interceptions I was pretty impressed with our QB's but I think McCarron should start. Should be fun in Happy Valley next weekend! On other notes great win by LSU and seriously Georgia?
LSU looked great last night. But not sold on Lee just yet. Oregons defense isn't that great and all that short game passing will get ate up by the better SEC defenses. If LSU can hold on throughout the year with Lee. LSU will be in the title game.
Impressed with Lacy yesterday. Sloppy play, though, on offense. Defense will be the strength (but not as good as '09). Even though it was practically a preseason game yesterday, Sims and McCarron reminded me of Zow and Watts -- but not as good. McCarron should be the starter the rest of the way, but didn't get a confident feeling like when McElroy took over. Richardson and Lacy will need to carry the offense in my opinion.
