    The first time I watched it, I thought the same thing - "this is idiotic". I had worked in a hospital for a few years and couldn't relate to much going on there, but then stuff started clicking for some reason. I only watch the show in re-runs, but have grown to love it. I have no idea what's happening now since I don't watch the current episodes, but I plan on getting and watching all the episodes on dvd, probably.

    i have been an avid fan of the show for 5 yrs...and i really wish it would end after this season...


    kinda sad to see this one finish...

    I could follow the show with just Dr. Cox and Turk. Maybe have Janitor for filler. But Cox and Turk are the show mvps.


    Dr. Cox leaves to head a hospital in the city of x. First day, he runs into Turk. <insert something clever/complaining/etc>

    Enter Janitor, pushing by the stunned doctors. Shrugs and shoves some passing by intern to the ground, papers fly everywhere.



    /shrug

    I'd watch it.

    Yes, but in one of the episodes JD discovered that the janitor was in the movie The Fugitive.

    This is the janitor. He could have lied about his name when he acted in The Fugitive.
