["Save me" Thread #2] Need Week 14 Fantasy Football Advice/ Roster Feedback

I need any fantasy football advice if you got a free minute...

CLIFF NOTES:

My team is 1 game ahead of 2 other squads battling for the final playoff spot, so I still need a W to guarantee a playoff game next week
(or if not a W can get into playoff spot if 1 of those 2 teams happen to lose).

I am thinking about picking up maybe possibly the COLTS D or the REDSKINS D for week 14 + just dropping Garrard (since Eagles D plays @ Giants that is not a good matchup)...

Any quick advice appreciated...

 

Well no luck with any replies so far...

I am going to just go with my gut on a few minor moves
(since our league roster deadline is tomorrow evening not much time left).

1) Since Eagles D has real touch matchup against Giants I just picked up a new Defense for this week (Colts).

+ 2) probably starting Shockey over Cooley.
