Why build one? Just hop on one of the mag-level trains that connect to the D.U.M.B (Deep Underground Military Bases)

I'm putting on my protective flame-gear as I speak... :)

Palin will now be able to see Russia, sorta.

Along with the water park/ ice Rink, the glorious soviet union is just wasting away money. Whatever happened to spending money on the important things, like missles and weapons?

It really is. I was reading it imagining the train ride from Austin to London. I wonder how long it would take.

I think there should be a mandatory Victorian-era dress code for that trip.

Is there a tunnel connecting North and South America? If so then pretty much the whole world is connected by train?

Yes. If Russia is conntected to the US. Then North America and Europe are conntected and Asia is connected to Europe, Asia is also connected to Africa. So only down under is not connected to anyone.

I know my geography is off, but I never realized russia was that close to alaska.

Don't laugh at me, but if I understand this correctly the tunnel will go from Siberia to alaska and it is only 64 miles?
