This is a win for both sides. I think it will eventually happen. The pieces just seem to fit (FF movie bombed, TV show announcements, new movies added in 2020).

Reed is a central figure in Marvel and as everyone mentioned, the villains. Annihilation would be perfect as a main story as well esp with GotG and they can get Nova, Super Skrull in the mix.

How about a team of villains to go against whomever is making up the Avengers at that point?

I wouldn't hold my breath on Nova. I don't think James Gunn likes the character first and foremost. He also seems to maintain that he prefers Starlord be the only "human" in the movies.

I agree if this is true Annihilus would be an awesome villain, and I completely forgot his rights (along with the Skrulls) are also tied up with the Fantastic Four license. This would be a lot bigger than most are acknowledging.

Like some of the others have said I'm more interested in the rights of the supporting characters / villains reverting to Marvel. Although I do think Fantastic Four definitely hasn't been done justice to this point -- and I feel like Marvel knows how to use their own characters properly.
