Guys and gals, I'm going to Egypt and making a stop in Rome on the way. My family would like to leave our luggage at the airport until our flight to egypt 3 days later. Is that feasable? Any information is appreciated Moe
Probably. I left luggage in a locker at the train station in Rome. I imagine they could have similar facilities at the airport.
Flying Alitalia from Rome to Cairo, eh? I took the same route last summer - although our layover was only 6 hours, not 3 days. We checked our bags all the way to Cairo, and took the train train (the slow one, not the express) into Rome. Had time to check out a really cool neighborhood for a couple of hours, before heading back to the airport. As for your question, this may help.
