When Harden hit him perfectly in stride for a layup streaking up the floor. He could have been really good for us, I'm pretty upset about this.
Wright was servicable, but the opportunity to sign the hybrid LeBron/Kobe Bryant/Nash was too good to pass up.
Murray: "Okay, coach, we've got a roster spot open. Who should we sign?" MDA: "Hmmm... can you find someone named Nash or Stoudemire?"
Not sure which Rocket will F Le'Bryan Nash. When I heard this name years ago, this is what I thought. Fake name, someone was just combining LeBron James, Kobe Bryant & Steve Nash.
All jokes aside, I agree. I was more excited about him than Joe Johnson. Wright is someone whose abilities and athleticism fits perfectly with our two ball distributors. Good luck, Wright! We found the Wright love at the wrong time.
i remember that time he checked in, I thought the roof was going to blow off the Toyota center. Oh man, and when he checked back out...legend.
Not sure if serious. Nene was the Rockets second best player in the playoffs last year. Harden flamed out, but I think losing Nene was a HUGE reason why Rockets lost to the Spurs. Nene was feasting! Rockets were depending on Ryno at center against the bigs of SA.
I thought Feigen stumped his toe in that part of the tweet and just mashed some keys. Had to google him to figure out who he was.
Don't remember which game it was (EDIT: I'm acting like he played more than one game, smh), but Wright sprinting down the court, receiving a pass from Harden for a buzzer beating layup. This guy could have been really good for the Rockets.
Joe is going to prove himself very valuable over the next 10 games. Lots of players will be getting reduced minutes or resting, and Joe is going to see more playing time. Come on bruh, don't be short-sighted!
I agree. There's hope, though, as he's going to stay with the team to do his rehab work, and he'll be a FA over the summer. Once the LeBron dust settles, Wright would be a good addition if he's healthy by then.
