https://rocketswire.usatoday.com/20...ations&utm_source=pushly&utm_campaign=3218227 Saw this article and don't really want a Rivers return, but this dude looks like he can shoot... He's 6'7" and fits a combo guard type. Played at Kansas, so he's solid fundamentally and he just turned 26 in June. Check out his last 5 games with Hornets last year... https://www.nba.com/player/1629004/svi-mykhailiuk There's my vote.
Where’s a Christopher, Washington or Patty Mills when you need one… I’ll take George Hill, great mentor for the young guards
Perhaps, but Ime is part of the equation now. Not just Stone anymore. With that in mind, they either plan on getting rid of one of our existing guards in the near future or its by design (maybe lots of small ball ahead?). Given we only have 3 guys taller than 6'8" (Bari/Sengun/Jock) expected to be in the rotation, another guard? Puzzling.
Svi looks like a good addition. I think this probably means they aren’t banking on Amen or Cam to play major minutes this year.
A combo guard that can shoot would be a good addition. We don’t know yet what Amen will be or how much he will play this year. I think at some point before the trade deadline a starting wing will be dealt for. Tari and Dillon would be great off the bench and both can get some time at sf/pf if need be.
