I have been experimenting with some highlights and photos and trying to put them to music with video-editing and movie software. I want to put together a Rockets tribute of old and new and its gonna be really good once I get done with it. My question is, is anyone else interested in a copy of it? If you are, please email me at clutchcity34@nts-online.net and we can work something out. It will work on ALL computers and some DVDs. In other words, its a VCD.
ESPN Classic aired a one-hour show on Thursday called "Back To Back Champions" which detailed the history of the Rockets from the early 70s to the two title years. It had a 2002 copyright and the faces of some of the folks interviewed looked like recent faces, not what they looked like seven years ago. The vast majority had to do with the 1994 and 1995 playoffs but I was impressed that they had some early highlights (Elvin Hayes, Rudy T, Murphy, Moses, etc.) then a few minutes on the Twin Towers era before leading up to the two championship runs. I taped it expecting it was the 1995 NBA Finals tape but it turned out to be something more recent and more impressive. Hopefully, any VCD has some clips that go back before the 1994 season.
I would love to have a copy of it. Do you have a clip of when Francis dunked off of an oop over Sabonis?
