Except as you know very well, that is a pure lie and the Mueller report has investigated this matter quite thoroughly.

In fact, it was Obama who capitulated to the Russians on numerous occasions. Which is not hard to believe at all, because the history in this direction by the Democrat left goes all the way back to WWII and FDR's meeting with Stalin at Yalta, and even before.
