[RIP] DJ AM found dead

    Just saw this on Twitter. You guys might remember him from the plane crash he survived with Travis Barker of Blink 182. This has a weird Final Destination feel to it.

    DJ AM Dies

    Cops tell us DJ AM -- also known as Adam Goldstein -- was found dead this afternoon in New York City.

    Law enforcement sources tell us he was found in his apartment at around 5:20 PM. We're told drug paraphernalia was found at the scene.

    We're told DJ AM had not been seen or heard from for a few days -- one of his friends went to check on him, but got no response after knocking on his apartment door.

    We're told the friend called the police, who broke down the door and then found DJ AM's body.

    Back in September of 2008, DJ AM and Travis Barker survived a plane crash in South Carolina. Four people died in the crash -- which was caused when the airplane aborted takeoff and then ran off the runway. DJ AM and Barker were the only survivors.

    Dj am dodged death a few months back I think when hes plane crashed. He and travis barker survived but a few died. and now hes dead. :(

    He's referencing to the movie 'Final Destination', in which a group of people survive a major disaster, but end up passing away afterward by unnatural causes.

    If the drug part is true (and that's a big IF of course) it's more a weird 'I was given a second chance at life and sadly blew it on drugs' feel to it. :(

    Well, another celebrity drug death...no surprise.

    sad, though...

    I don't remember if any characters overdosed or commited suicide in any final destination movie...

    I guess in the end, the plane crash did him in. I couldn't help but laugh and find myself suspicious at the Mary Kate Olson jab. I hope she stays away from any celebs who's work I enjoy.
