That's tons of Rules. I like. There are no limitation in terms of All NBA talent. Is it still All Time NBA players because there were older players people had problems judging. I would want to step up the Fappability Option as the Cool factor. 15 points. This Fappabiliy thing does not warrant any comments, it should be strictly subjective. Nobody should question it if you have enuff J!zz for that player.
i guess.. in my head fapability is just an overall how sexy your team is, which can influence calls... especially in a tight 7 games series. so which category will go to 5 points if fappability goes to 15 breh?
-For relevancy purposes, cut-off will be any player who played after 1956 (Bill Russell was drafted this year) Does that mean, we can only select from the year 1956 onwards? I assume we pick it in following sequence: Franchise lineage. Then select players? You can stick to 10 pts. I was half joking but I like the overall idea.
So let's say. I pick the Houston Rockets. Probably not the San Diego Rockets. So the Sam Cassell and Robert Horry I pick are the Houston version ones. Can I still pick like Shaq? Which version would he be?
If you pick the Houston Rockets, you get the san diego rockets too. No you cannot pick shaq as he never played for the Rockets. Yes you get the cassell and horry of the rockets, not their other teams versions (i.e. Horry Lakers, Cassell Bucks/T Wolves)
i like the idea of drafting for franchise first and then players. but we all know the first 3 picks will go like: lakers, bucks, celtics. but like brehs have said, we need to figure out ways to nerf the lakers/celts.
But how is it fair, if the Top 1 or Top 2 seeds are selecting Lakers and Celts....that's like Super Franchises with 20-30 titles and myriad Allstars. Ok. I get it. MVPs and Allstars are limited.
I wouldn't merge offense together for 20. Especially with modern offense. Take out fappability and add 5 to team IQ and 5 to athleticism.
oh yeah, technically once you pick your franchise, there's really no more need to take turns anymore as nobody else can have access to the players you have, nor the other way around. so you only have 1 round where we pick our franchise, then probably given like a day to assemble and announce your team. that's a mighty quick draft. then i guess we'd have more focus on the scoring/judging for once.
Is there a system that can select the franchises for all participants....lol.... Drafting would be too cruel. Drafting the players should be more fun.
What if a player was washed up? Like if you have the Wizards you shouldn't be able to draft prime MJ.
Well not truez For example Orlando and Miami and lakers might all want shaq so some order has to be retained.
i think that was the point. you only get the 56 year old mj if you draft the wizards. but you'd get a prime john wall and big dick nene
i think you'd get different versions of shack. you'd get the best version of shack if you draft the lakers. the best shack order would go something like: lakers, orlando, miami, cavs, suns, celtics, tnt.
how bout this, just throwing out ideas. - pick franchise - draft 2 starters - rest are non starters, for a total of 8 players that way you'd pick 2 hof players surrounded by bench players. but that bench player cannot win any accolades besides 6moy in his career for that team. but that still wouldn't necessitate us having actual draft rounds as nobody else can pick those players on your team.
How do you define non-starters? I think nearly every player had a starting tenure at some point in their career.
