That is absolutely crazy. The gunman appeared on camera after it was dropped. The cameraman was killed, too
graphic video: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/-0oeJpvZAy8" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> people aren't safe anywhere nowadays. Makes me think it was an ex husband or some demented person who targeted the reporter and her cameraman.
Holy ****. And the reaction of the anchor is sickenly professional ("not sure what happened there, next topic"), as anyone could see they were being killed at that moment.
What is wrong with people? ****. Seemingly no motive either, that's what gets me. Unless he knew the anchor/photog, I don't know what to make of it.
As a nation we shrugged our shoulders at 20 1st and 2nd graders were gunned down while at school, so I really can't imagine what it would take to even have an actual conversation about what possibly could be done. Much less anything substantial actually being done.
Hasn't this been a big issue in and around San Fransisco? Reporters now have to have armed security around them during live reports due to all of the armed robberies, stealing of the camera equipment while live on air most right in the middle of busy cities during the daylight, etc. There's a large part of our population that just needs to be exterminated or never allowed to reproduce, ever.
it's pretty hard to change one's culture. The mental illness epidemic in this country is getting kind of out of hand....so do we give up liberty for the illusion of security? I mean, it's a really tough question as to how change could even occur.
Clutch should seriously consider creating a new forum so that all these morbid threads can be moved out of BBS Hangout. Call it the Death & Mayhem Hangout.
Someone from liveleak got a little bit better screengrab of the shooter. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr"><a href="https://twitter.com/thenewsjunkie">@thenewsjunkie</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/WDBJ7">@WDBJ7</a> Liveleak had a better grab. <a href="http://t.co/xiYKSUsDQq">pic.twitter.com/xiYKSUsDQq</a></p>— Kaitian (@Kaitian1) <a href="https://twitter.com/Kaitian1/status/636532241326149632">August 26, 2015</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
