[REMINDER] ClutchFans NFL Survivor in Fantasy Sports Forum

Just a reminder that the annual NFL Survivor pool is now available for signup in the Fantasy Sports forum. No cost to join. Bragging rights if you win. Taking anybody and everybody who wants to play.

Rules are in the thread. But if you've never played, it's simple. You pick one team to win every week. If your team loses or ties, you're eliminated. If your team wins then you get to pick again next week, but you're not allowed to pick a team you've previously chosen. Winner is the last man standing.

This used to be Lil Pun's thing but he sadly hasn't posted since last November and hasn't logged in since June, so I'm taking up the mantle this year. Lil Pun used to post reminders here in the Hangout so I'm following his lead and doing the same.

We had 86 participants last year and 112 the year before that. We're kind of getting a late start, at least in terms of letting everybody know the game is still going on, but I hope we can still get a decent sized group this year.

I'll probably bump this thread a couple of times between now and Sunday.

The NFL season starts tonight. If you want to participate and pick either New England or Pittsburgh, you must have your pick in by 7:30 tonight. But you still have a couple of days if you want to pick one of the Sunday or Monday game.

We're up to 41 participants now. Would love to have more.

 

Still time to sign up, you just need to get your pick in before the posted game time. If you miss the early games, you can still get in picks for the late games, night game, and Monday night games.

If you want to play but for some reason haven't made a pick yet, there are 2 more games left. Have your pick in by the posted game time or you'll be shut out for the season.
