Happy for him getting that shine... cause Lord knows he won't drop double figures in a game for the Rockets this season... Stay and get yo shine on!

 

I disagree with both assertions. Top tier college teams would have better coaching and potentially some actual NBA talent....or at least Euro league talent. NBA G League won't have that level of talent.

 

For the record, Jalen did not play a single g league game as an 18 year old. He was 19 the entire time he was there. Reed is 20.5 so like 16 months older than Jalen was, which is a big difference.

GLeague is basically running a free flowing system without the defensive intensity of the unique Udoka regime.
