    That is why she would be a good VP nominee for him. To try to make amends and reach out to the radical far left. Warren on his ticket would go a long way towards doing that. Joe already has more support from black people than any other candidate, so this really could be a winner for him.

    Can you think of a nominee for Biden who would clearly be able to help him more? I am currently drawing a blank.

    I can see the banners now at the convention. Biden/Warren 2020.

    I honestly cannot at the current moment imagine a more likely outcome than this.

    Biden has been tight lipped about his short list of VP choices -- I expect him to continue sitting bullish on his choice until at least Super Tuesday.

    Biden would be smart to do that. He only is commanding about a quarter of the vote in the polls, which is hardly a dominant position. He is also trailing in both Iowa and New Hampshire, the first two primaries. If he finishes in third place in both of those, as the polls in those states are currently projecting, that will change everything going into Nevada and South Carolina and then Super Tuesday.

    It does not feel like Biden has this nomination in the bag yet by any means.
