Sorry if this has been posted already, but I was wondering how many years are left on Rudy's deal and how much he's owed.

The reason I ask is that I've finally reached the point where I've had it with his "coaching" and would love nothing more than to see him replaced by someone who'll actually teach these guys how to play as a team and have the sack to discipline players who won't do as they're told(Cat) or just plain suck(Moochie).

What scares me is that if the Rockets don't make the playoffs or manage to NOT lose the 8th spot to the Fakers or Warriors but get swept in the first round anyway(the only 2 likely endings to this season), Les won't wanna replace Rudy because he won't be willing to eat the remaining years of the contract. Is it possible for Rudy to be moved into a front office position(which is where he belongs anyway) where he can serve out the remainder of his deal?

P.S. Some food for thought for any of you Rudy defenders out there(and until recently, I was one of them). Imagine how great this team could be with someone like Eric Musselman or Rick Carlisle in charge.

Imagine...I think the young coaches are doing better these days. But just because the Warriors have won a few games doesn't mean they'll be winning the rest of the season. The Rockets recently just won EIGHT OUT OF TEN GAMES. Now they have lost 4 in a row. I don't expect the Warriors to continue winning. If they do...I don't expect the Rockets to continue this losing streak...If I am wrong, then fire Rudy! I think he was just resigned him though...:(

Making the widely popular decision of getting rid of Dirker sure helped the Astros out.
