That's why Putin is so keen on having the sanctions lifted. additionally, Putin has schemed for "work-around" to counter its economic decline. perhaps, this is one of the intended consequences of the Trump-induced tariff war. Trump imposes tariffs on China, who retaliates by cancelling its orders of soy beans from US farmers. China initiates new soy bean orders w Brazil, India and Russia.
