ESPN has the Rockets #2 behind the Warriors. Thank goodness. We avoid any jinx going into games vs the Cavs and Grizzlies. http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/...ings-our-expert-panel-unveils-rankings-week-4
@theimpossibles1 another jinx reference Sometimes clutchfans makes me feel like im living in a 3rd world country surrounded by people who believe in voodoo dolls, sacrifices, and curses lol
The ESPN Power Rankings jinx is real. Put the Rockets at #1 and there's a better than even chance they lose their very next game even if it's vs an inferior opponent.
BS that Celtics are not #1 after winning 8 straight BS that GS is ahead of Rockets thats why we call it BSPN guys.
And the Cavs are #10. The Lakers just beat the Grizzlies at home. The Cavs just lost to the Hawks at home.
Here are the NBA.com rankings: http://www.nba.com/powerrankings/2017-18-week-4#/ Rockets at #3. Cavs more appropriately at #24 on here vs #10 on the ESPN list.
With CP3 on the bench, significant bench turnover, and no backup PG, we are a top 3 team. Imagine what happens once CP3 gets back and we really start to gel!
