I agree it’s on Stone, ownership, and the coaching staff. They all signed off on this Durant plan which I thought was ill advised and flawed from the getgo. They said they’re in phase 3 and win now mode but held onto a player and giving him major minutes when he is a developmental player who struggled rookie season. They also have no 2 guard and no lockdown 3.
I went with Stone.... I figured that Ime would be the top vote getter, but I go with roster assembly before the coaching... im prob 75% in favor of moving on from him... Imo Stone hasnt done much... we followed the template for tanking and he took bpa.... Sengun was a nice pick... I thought the move for KD was a good one (esp at the time)... but thats about it.... doesnt seem like much for 5+ years at the helm... Next would prob be Ime.... im 50/50 on the dude... for players... I'd prob move on from FVV first... coming off injury and wrong side of 30... i think we can get what he brings at a cheaper rate... im 50/50... next I'd prob go Sengun... i like him, but he's just soft and idk if thats gonna change... prob 40% ready to move on...
NBA Board of Governors approves exploration of expansion to Seattle, Las Vegas | NBA.com Send him back to where he started. It's the only way to destroy the one ring. Y'all drinking literal gasoline if you believe there's a fix to this that includes Kevin Durant on the roster. Let him go do his scoring legacy thing on a team that needs a story more than it needs wins.
