Together with Harden, what's the best coaching system and roster for Dwight?

Since we have Dwight for the next 4 years as co-star with Harden, I was just wondering how will we best build around him, considering all his strengths and flaws.

He's a good fit here. Just need to...

    A) Get Asik out of the starting lineup and go small or stretch 4
    B) Wings must try on defense

It would be easier if it was Orlando Dwight

    22+ ppg and 15 guaranteed

Now you have to at least one or two borderline allstars to go with him and Harden.

Surround him with consistent catch-and-shoot threats.

In '08-'09 when ORL took down the EC, Dwight's life was made easier by 6 teammates that shot over 35% from 3 (Nelson, Lee, Lewis, Redick, Pietrus, and Hedo).
