Doesn't make sense for him and really sucks for the Rockets.

it seems that Llull would be our only option at PG this summer..tyus jones, no quickness and defense..

Delon Wright in the second round would be awesome.

Multipositional defender, finishes well around the rim, good vision and handles. His high FT percentage gives me hope that his 3 pt shooting could develop.

We need somebody, please. If we don't draft a PG we better address it via FA/trade.

Yes, but provided he is willing to leave Spain. I saw an interview of his, he is definitely satisfied in the continuity that Real Madrid provides him. That is understandable. Will he want to except the challenge at the NBA level?

If he does, it might be worth giving him a chance. He values defense, running in transition, and he seems like an adequate shooter/ passer. Athletically, I think he might be around Beverely's level. His career FT percentage is 79 percent.

Can't expect anything more than that.

    Throwing out a theoretical:
Let's say we improve the team at a different position: maybe adding a true 3 and D player, or trading some pieces for LMA, etc. Would you be okay with a Bev/Lull combo at PG?

If we get a star PF then yes. But I don't see Kevin Love coming here.

His measurements are surprisingly better than expected. Let's see how he does in the workouts.

Lets wait for his athletic measurements. He is beloved by the analytics ppl tho. If jones is not traded i can see jones going to houston. Otherwise maybe one of portis lyles or looney.

    malakas,

now that you've got to see MCW and Tyler Ennis for a bit....which do you favor? And what are you hearing up there concerning Milwaukee's plans for those two? Are they looking to move one of them?

Tyus Jones won't be able to play next to Harden in my humble opinion. The defence of the backcourt would be historically awful. Grant potentially could.
I hope Tyus fares well in the athletic measurements..

hey I have answered you twice on this lol.
Ennis is raw and is not very fast/ explosive. Not awful but he doesn't have huge upside in this area. Everyone favors MCW including the coach but noone is sold on him. Too incosistent and has to learn to shoot.
Ennis should have stayed at least another year. Right now with him only having played like 10 games in his rookie season it seems that his ceiling will be a backup pg. The type of pg who is more of a controller of tempo and 3+D. Not the scoring type or the pass first. Still extremely soon to make any conclusions. He's basically just a half step ahead from these draft prospects. Phoenix wasted a year for him.
Neither will get traded unless Ennis is packaged with other assets like Plumplee/Henson and 1st rnd picks to go up in the draft and grab a center prospect or trade for a young center on a rookie contract.

Would like to see defensive data on Jones. A lot of the scouting report talks about his slow feet but if he has the feel for defensive positioning that CP3 has he can overcome of his physical limitations. Would like to see shooting data on guys he defended.
