So... Big game today! Huge! Important! It actually matters if you like to watch summer league because if we win we get another game and if we lose then that's it. Cleveland has Colin Sexton, who is a PG and a high draft pick. He has been playing well in the summer league and can get to the line. This will be a test for Melton and possibly Duval. I'd like to see Melton make things difficult for him. They also have Zizc, a 6'11" Center that was drafted last year. He had excellent stats last year (in such limited minutes that it's hard to know what that means, but he had a PER of 24 in 7 minutes a game). He will be a good test for Qi and Hartenstein (and possibly Onu). Cedi Osman has good stats but played only 2 games. He's a SF, I think, and was drafted a few years ago. That's a chance to see Edwards and Adel try to defend him. Edwards was supposedly hurt last game so I hope to see him play in this one. Someone else was hurt but I can't remember who. It doesn't look like we're going to see Clark play, unfortunately. Adel has a chance to follow up on his good performances. I'd be fine with Hunter and House not playing at all but they are probably playing to get a 2-way from another team at this point.
I think this is the end of the line, but I'd love for Melton to go full Gilbert Arenas on them and carry us all the way.
I just read that Zizic went back to Croatia with Cavs permit to watch the WC final tommorrow, is this true? Lol
I actually like Cedi and could see him as a Morey guy..... great size and a really good athlete and defender..... was hoping he was free this year..... he should play well
