just looking at our pitching matchups, it's hard to pick us to lose 1, unless Redding is pitching WWW
except that Benson is a pretty good pitcher...and just to appear as somewhat objective, which i'm clearly not, i'm calling that last game an L. but man, i hope i'm wrong! another sweep would be great!
man, i wish i could. i'm taking off most of today to go to my wife's second doctor's appointment for the new baby.
My makeshift strike-zone and location of that strike 3 pitch. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXX_______XXXX XXXX_______XXXX XXXX_______XXXX XXXX_______XXXX XXOXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX How is that a strike?
Oh God.... WHY IS WORRELL DOING BASEBALL AGAIN? Where is Dierker? Dierk dont betray us now.... please come back and save us from Captain Obvious.
Dierk will only do Wednesday home games now... including tommorow. Its amazing that out of the three color commentators, Worrell is SO FAR below the other two, its not even funny. JD is such a refreshing hear on the road, and he often keeps the game entertaining based on his comments alone. Dierk is the ultimate commentator, mixing in expert analysis, and a bit of humor every now and then. Worrell's train of thinking is not suitable to baseball... he's better when he has to talk less (like in basketball when he has murph). In fact, once Bullard replaced Murph, and Worrell had to talk more... I noticed he sounded a lot like the Bill who does the Astros games.
With the way Fogg throws against us, I'm afraid that Gerry might have to sign him next year... Just like we did with Jared Fernandez. Just like the Rockets did with Piatkowski. Acquire the guys on bad teams who beat you every time, and then you have nothing to worry about.... even if they end up being awful for your own team.
