The kid's a beast from what he's shown so far and NBA ready body wise. Let's see how him and Chet perform and translate that talent on the college level. One benefit of a rebuilding team is the draft process and star prospects become a lot more interesting.
Whoever designed the uniforms in the previous post might want to check in with their doctor. I think they're having a stroke.
I have some concerns about Banchero. He plays a style of bully-ball where he takes advantage of being physically stronger/bigger than his undersized competition. Does he have the skills and athleticism to compete against similarly-sized players in the NBA?
He needs one of the two for sure. Athleticism isn’t elite. Skills look like that’s where he can shine
Will struggle defensively in the NBA as his lateral movement isn’t good. Can still be very good but limits superstar potential. I personally like bigs that can hold their own defensively.
I agree, except you forgot the "the". It's not one benefit. It's THE one benefit... Well unless you separate that from the potential fun of watching the young'ns on your team develop (if they develop).
He is about what I expected. He is gifted on the offensive end, but I have questions on his defensive game. I don't bout he can be an all star but not sure not seeing a franchise type player. Chet has a much lower floor than Banchero but he also has a far higher ceiling.
