She called him a liar-which he is. What would you give to hear one of our talking heads call Alberto Gonzales or Dick Cheney that?

I believe the main focus after the VP debate was Edwards compliment of Cheney's attitude towards his daughter. And the Presidential debates gave Kerry a lead. He was Swiftboated and was defenseless. Unregulated PACs, you must love them.

It has been posited that the released OBL tape in the week prior to the election swung the election in Bush's favor. Kerry was leading in several national polls prior to the release of the tape. Why W won is one of things that we will never know for sure.

If the election were held a week earlier W might not have won (in the electoral college). That is what the pols say. Some say the race tightened in the last week (again from what the polls say) due to the release of the OBL tapes. TJ, refresh my memory what was W's margin of victory in 2000.
W. won because no president currently involved in a war has ever lost a re-election campaign and Kerry just wasn't / isn't all that charismatic. BTW Kerry won all three debates but not by enough to make a difference.
