Nope, and I have said as such before. The handling of the Hong Kong protests by the USA has been disgusting. China is the largest threat to freedoms in the world.
Tulsi Gabbard makes October debate! https://fivethirtyeight.com/feature...candidate-to-make-octobers-democratic-debate/ Side note, has anybody noticed how Gabbard looks a bit like migrant mother?
I don’t like her and she doesn’t bring much to the table, but I’ll give her credit for landing jabs against Ryan and Harris at both debates she qualified for. Since, as we all know, these terrible debates are all about sound-byte and “gotcha” moments. Plus, she gives some of y’all old men a boner. I’m sure this is a win in the eyes of some people.
Any person who says stuff like "We need to say Islamic terrorism" as some magical tactic to defeat terrorism is a dumbass or is pandering to idiots. I don't trust her at all and she has little to no serious experience.
Tulsi has her rough takes on some things, but she is good to have on the debates as she does not take hsit from the Military Industrial Complex types and the ex-general/ pundits like who promote war/profits for GE-NBC, Ratheon and the gang. Tulsi has seen war and the victims both American and Iraqi and is not afraid to risk her political feature unlike the Mayor Pete's Biden who voted for Dubya's War on Iraq when he knew it was bs.
There are some conspiracy theories out there that Tulsi is going to run as an independent in order to siphon off some of the Democrats votes next year. I don't believe it, but they are out there.
What is it this time? The late 2019 debates should use data that isn't available until Feb 2020? Last time it was I can't meet threshold for debate that was set months ago.
Fond memory of Tulsi fact checking kamala Harris. She never recovered, and just responded that she is in a higher tier of dem candidate. Brilliant.
She’s “considering” the boycott, which is actually smart politics for her given that it’ll be difficult for her to contradict herself this time if she doesn’t commit to a position. Yawn. Time to go back to Hawaii and lose re-election in your own district now, Linda.
I'm deliberately trying not to be cynical during this election cycle (which is proving quite difficult), but, what the hell kind of brand building is that...? I don't see a lot of personal gain to be made there. Infamy, maybe. But it sure as hell won't make her life or career prospects better. The debate boycott thing is a hail mary to keep a flagging campaign alive. The rumors about an independent run are just that though, and I wouldn't give it much thought or credence.
She isn't a serious candidate. Non-serious candidates do things like this to get attention. She has gotten more coverage because of this boycott threat than she had in several weeks. Whether she ultimately boycotts or not, this was a good move for her considering her prospects.
