Is Kamala still the top choice for 2028 for the Democrats? Newsom is tarnished due to his policy track record and the preventable fires ravaging LA. Buttigieg has the sexual preference issue that Kamala Harris highlighted. Shapiro can't get through a primary because of the pro-Palestinian faction of the Democratic party. Pritzker has a failed track record and people flocking away from his high-tax, high-debt, anti-business state, similar to Newsom (and same religion as Shapiro). Who are the Dems left with at this point? Andy Beshear is more centrist and likely can't attract the Mamdani-wing of the party.
