Can't wait to see a healthy Clowney. You can't game plan around JJ, Clowney, AND Wilfork. Can't run left, right, or up the middle. And you can't double team all 3.
Dream list, Hoyer "manages" not to suck, running game isn't a disaster, Clowney gets in some plays and doesn't re injure himself, no one gets hurt, Texans squeak out a victory.
The Texans need 10 wins to reach 100 wins all time. Their current record is 90-122, including the playoffs. I still don't understand why the Texans only carry 4 OLBs. To make things worse, Carlos Thompson is dealing with a concussion and this is Clowney's first game back.
The last time they saw us, we were in the midst of our 2-14 season and our 3rd string QB was getting his first start. They still barely beat us. At their place.
LOL, right, it's not just sportsfans in general. Nope, the GARM is a repository for strictly intelligent sports talk. Same with Houston radio callers, or say lakersground. Or a Mavs forum. Or.....
Heh, that's fair. Though some places are much worse than others. With the Texans it's usually "The sky is falling" even if the team is 12-4, even with the Rockets in the GARM there are people who are pessimistic about the upcoming season despite being in the WCF last year and picking up Lawson in the off-season. Most of Houston sports at least has a mix of opinion. On every Chiefs site I've seen, it's just sunshine, lollipops, and kool-aid for everyone.
The only way the Texans win is winning the turnover battle. Luckily the biggest mismatch in the game is our front 7 against their O-line. I can't see this offense scoring more than 13 on their own.
