What voodoo curse is Springer enduring? Whatever injury he has didn't seem as serious as his DNPs suggest Series victory would've been great, but Qualls is OAK's beeeatch. Four blow saves all season, 3 of which is vs OAK. And not just 1 or 2 runs surrendered. Chad allowed 6 and 3runs in 2 of those losses. Qualls 3is truly serving the A's.
Springer has a strained quad. It's no joke of an injury and is very easy to aggravate. You have to make sure it's 100% before you start working again or it will come back worse.
