That one was. Alvarez has had 2-3 balls under zone called strikes this postseason though.

 

You don't have to score a ton of runs every inning. You don't even have to score a run every inning. But if you try your best to them make the opposing pitchers work like this every inning, you'll do fine. Can't go down easily in any inning.

 

Hopefully only scoring 1 run doesn't backfire in the 3rd (and the game as well).

Would've liked more runs but at least we got over the psychological barrier of scoring a run against this team.
