    Bregman's tweet was from 2 years ago. But to answer your question, yes (allegedly). Former Chron reporter that covered the Astros.

    Wasn't there a Cuban player that made it known he wanted to sign with the Astros? Yankees and Dodgers fans were b****ing since this would be how we still get a first round talent without a pick.
