G’day Rockets fans, Ever since the season started on November 2nd, 2004, I have stopped posting here after four years, have dropped League Pass, and have only followed the Rockets with any interest when they’ve been nationally televised. The 6-11 start didn’t help; this team looked all too familiar. What can I say? 45-20...Two victories, live in Seattle...and what do you know? The Rockets are a PROFESSIONAL team! Considering the state of the world, they are an incredibly entertaining distraction. I’m now ready to follow the postseason closely. Congratulations. All those roster moves and rumors we’ve overanalyzed for years have resulted in a team that all Rockets fans should take pride in. These Rockets are worthy successors to Hakeem’s teams, no matter how badly they trounce Dallas. And McGrady is McF***ing McAmazing! I had to get this off my chest. This is the season I’ve been waiting eight years for...It’s why I posted here 6000+ times, trying to bide time until Houston could finally break the 50-win mark. If I’ve learned anything from this regular season, it’s that following the Rockets in moderation is the healthiest, and ultimately most satisfying course, at least for me. With that, I go back to occasionally lurking. Happy belated 4-20! Have a happy and high playoffs!

Indeed, we have been waiting for a season like this for a long time. This is easily the best team the Rockets have fielded since the '96-'97 and '97-98 teams. Us patiently waiting die-hards' dedication is starting to pay off for us. LET'S GO ROCKETS!!!

Ok pal, who the hell are you and what have you done with the real ZRB? Most people get somewhat more mellow and positive when they're stoned (we all know ZRB was buzzed much of the time). For ZRB to get as positive and optimistic as this letter indicates, he'd have had to smoke like two acres of spleef. Seriously, Z, good to see you back.
