THE NFL IS SO SCRIPTED, i didnt even watch most of these games and i could have made a killing if I actually was a gambler 1.black qb 2. black coaches 3. black draft prospects 4. black gms 5. black refs in that order thats who the league is againist, and who roger goodell is againist.. i would have lost a bet on the panthers beating the packers today (because all year the script has been the same( embarass the black qb) but then again rodgers vs. cam wasnt americas game of the week( so that should have been a red flag as well). Even the morning talk shows are set up to hype an aaron rodgers win or a HUGE cowboys loss. The fact that skip bayless tweeted in support on aaron rodgers againist Cam today, let me know that everything from the first take, to skip and shannon to how flags are thrown is SCRIPTED. And you have to be an idiot to not see it. This is what makes me believe that for 100% certain that the new england patriots are America's team and not the dallas cowboys the game and injuries are scripted, if you are a black qb and they see you are talented you have to sell out like cam or wilson did in their superbowl. teddy, jameis, and maybe watson didnt wanna do it
keep defending the scripted nfl brother ratings are dropping, i didnt even watch any of the games today and i damn near got all the games correct except the panthers/packers game( didnt think the league would let cam beat rodgers) and when rodgers makes predictions like sweeping the final 3 games or some crazy bs like that, the league usually comes through for hm
Whoever wrote the script for the RocketsTruth bot needs to work on better and more creative material.
oh and also another thing i forgot to mention all these flags and rules in the nfl as opposed to college are not protect the players safety in the nfl. Thats horseshit. Its so that refs can have more control on the outcomes and scoring plays of games
That was the right call. When you dive to make a catch, you have to complete the whole process going to the ground and secure the football. You cannot lose possession stretching into the endzone unless you are previously established as a runner.
to me it's luck when something you can't control goes your way. giving up a wide open TD in the middle of the field without even touching the guy before he crosses the goalline but he somehow bobbles the ball, not on the catch, which he clearly had control of, but as he stretches out after making the catch, and bobbles it without you hitting him so that the rules can then say it wasn't a catch, is just luck. the pats seem to get a whole lot more of it in there direction than the other way. and let's face it, if gronk made that play, i think we all know somehow they would've found a way to say it was a TD. not that good teams in other sports don't get some calls.
It appeared to me that the ball didn't actually hit the ground. I thought it looked like, even though it came loose, his hand was under it the entire time.
Watch the replay in slow motion again. When his left forearm hits the ground, left hand loses grip, ball moves lateral, and the bottom tip of the ball hits the ground. Right hand is on the ball sideways, but not enough to shield it underneath from hitting the ground. That's exactly what the referee said in his explanation "did not survive the ground in the end zone." Again, the ruling on the field was not overturned by the referee alone. All scoring plays are reviewed and the final decision comes from officiating headquarters in New York led by Alberto Riveron. This was not the case of one bad referee screwing up like the ranting Steelers fans would have you believed.
You may not like the rule itself, but this was a really easy and straightforward interpretation of the rule. This had nothing to do with favoring the Patriots. And in case we've forgotten, the NFL league office and Patriots hate each anyway after deflate-gate. The "powers that be" would love to see them fail.
