[NFL Rules] Inching close to NO-FUN-LEAGUE Celebrations penalized in 2013

    Hope this gets reversed. This sort of reminds me of the NBA implementing technical fouls if there was any extra emotion shown after a foul call. They eventually reversed it after realizing that it was just part of the game. Most of these celebrations come with the emotion of making a great play.

    They didnt reverse it. It is up to the refs descresion though.

    maybe the players are taking out their frustration on the general public because they're so restricted from displaying any emotion on the field?
