    Before the playoffs started, that's what I said. But except for one quarter against the Giants, the Eagles offense was in a tailspin for 3 games and the Falcons just weren't up to snuff. Both lost at home so I have no sympathy for either.

    I also made the statement based on the results of the wild card round (which excluded Philly).

    I don't see the Jets keeping up with the Pats. The vast chasm between Brady and Sanchez is too much to overcome.

    wow welker benched to start the game wonder how long it will last. Sounds dumb but I've learned never to question what the Patriots do...

    Yeah Belichick was having none of that trash talk. He knows it can be too distracting and might cost his team so you gotta send a message. The benching will only be one drive at the most, Welker is too valuable.
