Easy. He heavily suffers from the Dunning-Kruger effect which is most evident in two of his statements.

His first one was when he explicitly stated that he knows more about military strategy than our generals.

The second comment is when he was flabbergasted that we weren't doing a surprise attack on Mosul like it's a Zero Dark Thirty movie. The more hilarious(and scary since he is so damn close to being our commander in chief) part of that statement is his assumption that dozens of our top generals with years of experience in commanding with their West Point degrees with heavily nuanced knowledge on subjects such as Game Theory didn't have the brain power to think of a 'suprise attack' but The Donald... It takes the Donald to have that much hubris. It's like a young earth creationist with a background in Uber driving who discovered a new 'fact' that disproves the Bing Bang as if hundreds of MIT and Caltech astrophysicists missed this devastating evidence that throws all their work out the window.

There is no evidence that Clinton's use of her email server "put American lives at risk," but there are mountains of evidence that Trump actively worked to discriminate against Black Americans, as well as many others, who were renting his properties in New York City. I'm basing it off that. I think his analytics are more effective than a guy like Nate Silver who today admitted he had uncertainty on polls this election.

Many of the polls are basing their reweighting off of 2008-2012. Hilary will never come close to Obama turn out.

 

Interesting that you "think" his analytics are more effective than Silver's, but you still predicted that Clinton would win a couple weeks ago. That poll has existed the whole time. My understanding is that you discovered this poll only after you changed your pick to Trump, because you were looking for something that agreed with your prediction. If you had known about this poll prior, why did you still pick Clinton to win?

 

It's a interesting prediction model that the creator concluded in March. He's only started using it in earnest since 96. I guess it would've been good for helping you decide on what to bet for a free mattress?

Establishment picks Rubio or Bush would be in a good spot right now if tables were turned. In this context, their primary numbers would probably be weaker than Trump's populist, PBR, propaganda-weary platform.

The accuracy behind his model is also important to consider. It's pretty much a coin flip with a +/- 3.1 margin of error in a two party format.

I think this alternative prediction model is a another good thing to bookmark. Keymaster Allan Lichtman has had a solid 30 year run and thinks it's Trump's to win.
