Me and my buddy are gonna be there in Section 310. I'd definitely be down to get together before the game with Texans fans and take the place over. Also, I've never been to Boston before, so any suggestions on good food and entertainment for the weekend would be greatly appreciated. I can't wait!

Actually, it's FAWX-burr-ah. Pats haven't played in Boston since 1970.

FyreBall, Foxborough is on the main freeway leading to Boston from south, so it's a ways to a good place. Around the stadium, there will be little to no places to park, unless you have a parking pass. There are shuttles there, though. There are a couple of bars around there, but nothing too close to the stadium to get a cold beer before walking into the game.
You're right, but I was correcting what he said.

Thanks, Swol. Over on TexansTalk, they are talking about going to place called CBS Scene before the game. Apparently it's a bar either on stadium premises, or within walking distance, and giving it some Texan influence. Not sure exactly what that is, but I'll probably go and check it out a few hours before the game.

Y'all should stay in Downtown and take the train in if you don't rent a car it's pretty easy and you will have fun over the weekend as opposed to staying out in Foxbourgh (sp) where the stadium is at.

The tourist stuff is near the harbor.

yeah its very walkable and there are plenty of hotels. If you have never been to Boston just go out right around the Boston Harbor and you will enjoy yourself

We decided to get a hotel in downtown for the reasons that you said. After doing some research, there doesn't seem to be anything going on around the stadium, and we're there from Friday night to Tuesday, so I'd much rather just take a train into the stadium then be stuck in the middle of nowhere for the weekend.

How do pats fans treat opposing team fans? We all know Boston fans they take their pride way over the top.
